It comes from Lowe's, from 1941 and includes the booklet on how to play Roulette, as well as the Roulette Wheel and ball (not sure it it is the orignal ball from the set) and chips you can use for the gambling part.
The Bonus is it also includes a felt for the game and there are five Dice pieces with it, and the forementioned chips.
