New 13909 Antiques Video!

Out with the Old, and In with the New.

We've been busy here at 13909 Antiques this past week, breaking out some new inventory, cleaning up, reorganizing inventory, all to get ready for the new year approaching.

There's still a few days left of shopping, to help out the good cause of The Gifts of Hope, where 13909 Antiques is donating 15% of our sales to benefit the Belmont Food Pantry, so come on in and pick out some gifts for your family and/or friends with January birthdays!

When we opened this past March, we shot a video shortly after our debut, which netted us a few sales, from as far away as Texas, and Canada.

So, since we have significantly more inventory from when we first opened our doors, we shot a new video today.

This is for the entire unit, we will not be piecing it off - you purchase the entire contents ... 

This will be the only public offering for these tremendous items

High-End Contemporary furniture, including sofa, chairs, tables (including a great tile-top-table), Hutch, Cabinet, Dresser, Lamps, Wicker Chairs, Brass/Glass Table, Butcher Block Table, Chinese and Indian Rugs, Desk , an Electric Scooter, and over 20 pieces of quality Art and Art Prints (purchased in such places as Sothebys and Skinner, as well as galleries around the world).

Again, this is a great opportunity to score quality items.

Preview Days - July 7 and July 8, 10AM to 3PM 

You can leave your offer at the time of preview, otherwise, it must be submitted by July 9th, 5PM.

This will be the only public offering for these tremendous items.

Payment can be Cash, Check, or Cedit Card, and, if you want to buy on-the-spot, on either preview day, Cash Only.

There is Security and you will need to contact me for Access Code, or, you can enter through Front Lobby ... You can email me with your phone number and I will call you wilth the Access Code ... It is for Space Number 1141

Once purchased, contents must be removed by July 15th, or a Late Fee of 15% will be applied with a Final Removal Day of July 22nd. If purchased and fallure to remove items by this date (without contacting owner and making arrangements) will result in a default, with a 50% Cancellation Fee appilied.

We can accomodate two parties sharing the purchase of the contents of this unit, provided all-above-referenced terms are met.
