No, were not posting items from the classic Alfred Hitchcock film, 'Lifeboat'
Into 13909 Antiques this week are a couple of bonafide gems
Two Very Vintage Copper Onion Globe Kerosene Lanterns
I can't call them a pair, as there is a very slight difference to them, on the chimney part - one has ridges, the other is flat.
Finding comparable ones on-line, these could be Nautical Lanterns, Life Boat Lanterns
However, both are in excellent condition, no damage, no rust
One, or both, may need new wicks
Take one, or take both
I don't fancy these will last long here, so don't hesitate, come'on down!
