Vintage French Hand-Painted Covered Hinged Limoge Bowl
It offers, stamped on the bottom, in a crest, B/W, along with other markings, and is a beauty.
It is of tannish flesh color, with some tremendous floral and scenic artwork, on the outside, and a colorful, yet simple, bouquet of flowers on the inside cover, measuring 5" wide.
We search long and wide on-line, and couldn't find another like it.
It came from a client that served in Europe during WWII, so it could, very well, be much older, perhaps Early Century.
