This comes from somewhere during the 1930s or 1940's, handmade, measuring 11" Tall x 8" Wide in a very vintage frame.
Mexican Feather Art, also called "plumerÃa", goes back centuries, which is evidenced by a sticker on the back of the piece;
"The Feather Bird Work is Hand-Made In Old Mexico. An Art Handed Down from Father To Son Since The Beginning Of The Aztec Civilization"
